It is a skin procedure done by our doctors/ dermatologists to enhance the quality of the skin. It is a machine- based manually controlled abrasion of the superficial layer of skin. It is a very effective skin polishing treatment using fine crystals that are directed on the skin through a vacuum tube. The crystals work wonders as they gently abrade the skin thereby removing the superficial layer of skin. This treatment or procedure can be done with other facial treatments to optimize results.
Chemical peeling is a very popular treatment to rejuvenate the skin. Tri- chloro- acetic acid and sugarcane based glycolic acid are used to bring about a peeling effect on the skin. This is a controlled peeling treatment carried out by dermatologists. This peels off the superficial layer of skin unveiling a fairer, firmer more younger looking skin. It is invaluable for camouflaging or removing scars, unsightly pigmentation and pimples. Salicylic Mandelic acid peels are specially suited for treating acne.
Botox is a miracle treatment to give you a younger, firmer skin. A highly purified protein derivative, it works by relaxing the muscle so the facial lines are reduced. It is injected into the muscle just below the wrinkle. It is particularly effective for ‘expression’ lines. The effects are visible within a week of the treatment. This treatment was US FDA approved in 1989 for forehead lines, frown line and crows feet areas. Apart from this it has been noticed that Botox has an overall tightening effect on the skin which markedly improves the ageing symptoms on the face. The best thing is that there are no side effects, as all necessary precautions are taken. The effects wear off slowly after 4 or 5 months and a second injection may be required then.

Fillers are normally used to fill up the creases on the face. We use the best fillers of an international brand. It works by volume augmentation. A small amount of the gel is injected directly into the dynamic lines. These are equally effective on static lines.
